Air Jordan 5 „Tokyo 23”

The Air Jordan 5 "Tokyo 23" returns in a unique, limited-edition retro edition, nodding to the 2011 "JORDAN TOKYO 23" event held at Tokyo's Yoyogi Park. The model immediately stands out with its Kanji embroidery on the heel, a touch of detail that adds an authentic Japanese touch.

The shoe's upper is crafted from yellow suede, giving it a distinctive, eye-catching look. Gray accents on the tongue, side mesh, and lace eyelets visually balance the yellow upper, while black accents appear on the laces, heel, and toothed pattern. The overall design remains faithful to the aesthetic of the original from over a decade ago, while maintaining a fresh finish.
Among the announcements, there is speculation that the shoe will be released in two variants with the classic Jumpman logo or Nike Air branding , as was the case with the reissue of the Undefeated x Air Jordan 4 collaboration. Regardless of the version, each pair will be packaged in a special box, which will further emphasize the collectible nature of the release.

Scheduled for release in September 2025 , the release is limited to 20,000 pairs. The model will join a series of popular AJ5 reissues, alongside versions like the Raging Bull and Green Bean, responding to the growing interest in classic retro versions.
