All products at Aplug come directly from our network of retail and professional partners. We specialize in providing products released in limited quantities that quickly disappear from stores and traditional websites.

Shipping and delivery
After placing an order on our website, you will receive an email with your order number. If the product you ordered is not available in our physical stores, we will search for it among our network of European retail partners. Once the product is found, it is sent to one of our stores, where it is received, authenticated and checked by our team. After passing the authentication process, the product is repackaged in its original packaging, then packed in our own packaging and shipped. You will then receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your shipment.
Standard order processing time is 5 to 21 business days. Products marked as "EXPRESS" (48h/72h) are processed as marked, which means faster shipping and delivery on time.
We understand that buying your dream shoes can be expensive, which is why we try to save our customers additional expenses by offering free shipping within Poland. For international orders, the shipping cost is calculated individually depending on the delivery country and will be displayed during the checkout. International orders can be placed directly on our website.

Purchase and payment
Products marked as "48H" are usually available in our brick-and-mortar stores in Łódź and Gdańsk. All products visible in the online store can be ordered, but not all are available in our stores in Łódź and Gdańsk.
The Aplug stationary store is located in Łódź, at Piotrkowska Street 141, directly on the promenade, opposite OFF Piotrkowska, and in Gdańsk at Pańska Street 9/11. For those visiting the stores by car, there are many parking spaces in the vicinity of both locations, which makes access easy. For passers-by, however, the location of the stores is very convenient and noticeable - it is impossible to pass by our stores indifferently.
Most shoes can be tried on in our store, except for special and very limited sneaker models.
We want to give you the opportunity to try on the right size, while ensuring that the purchased shoes remain in perfect condition. Therefore, we ask you to always take into account our team's requests (e.g. how to lace your shoes, how to wear them, etc.).
For each shoe model, you will find a size chart on our website, which also includes the length of the insole. Thanks to this, you can choose the size that will be right for you. If you have any doubts about choosing the size or need additional advice, please contact us .
If you ordered shoes through the online store and the size is not suitable, you can cancel the order within 14 days of receiving the goods and we will refund the full purchase price. It is very important that you only try on the shoes, not use them!

Prices vary by size mainly due to supply and demand. Rarer sizes or those in greater demand may be more expensive due to availability on the market. Our goal is always to offer competitive prices that reflect market realities and customer needs.
Every day we are looking for new pairs and suppliers for our Consignment model. Purchase is most often done via our Messenger but we also accept other forms of contact .
Returns and exchanges
To return or exchange a product, please contact us via email at info@aplug.pl to report your case. Then fill out and print the form and place it in the package together with the product you wish to return.

We accept returns only within 14 days of the date of delivery of the product and only in an undamaged condition. The Buyer bears the cost of return shipping. Once we have accepted the return, you will receive a refund within 14 business days. The funds will be returned by the payment operator or to the account number indicated in the return form. In the case of an exchange of goods, we will contact you to discuss a possible additional payment or refund of the overpayment and inform you about the new order processing time.
Returns are also possible at any stationary store.
