RULES OF THE "BLACK MONTH" PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations")

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organiser of the "Black Month" promotional campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is APLUG.PL, a limited liability company with its registered office in Gdańsk, ul. Pańska 9/11, 80-884 Gdańsk, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 5833541343, operating under the APLUG brand, website: aplug.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser").

2. Contact with the Organizer is possible at the following e-mail address: info@aplug.pl.

3. These Regulations define the rules of participation in the Promotion and the conditions for using discounts provided by the Organizer.

§2 PROMOTION DURATION

1. The promotion is valid from November 24, 2025 to November 30, 2025 (until 11:59 p.m.).

2. Persons subscribed to the Organizer's newsletter will receive early access to the Promotion on November 23, 2025, by sending a discount code to the e-mail address provided during registration.

3. The promotion is valid only in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

4. The promotion lasts until the end of the period indicated in paragraph 1 or until stocks last – whichever comes first.

§3 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion consists of granting a percentage discount on the cheapest Product in the order, in accordance with the following rules:

  • * when purchasing 2 Products – 10% discount on the cheapest Product,
  • * when purchasing 3 Products – 20% discount on the cheapest Product,
  • * when purchasing 4 Products – 30% discount on the cheapest Product.

2. The discount applies only to the cheapest Product in a given order, regardless of the situation in which several Products have the same lowest price.

3. The promotion is valid for Products available in the aplug.pl online store.

4. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes or loyalty programs, unless the Organizer expressly states otherwise.

5. Product prices are quoted in Polish zloty and include VAT. The discount is calculated from the regular price listed on the store's website.

§4 COMPLAINTS

1. The Customer has the right to file a complaint regarding the purchased Product in accordance with applicable law, in particular the Consumer Rights Act and the Civil Code.

2. Complaints can be submitted:

* by e-mail to the following address: info@aplug.pl,

* in writing to the following address: ul. Pańska 9/11, 80-884 Gdańsk.

3. It is recommended to provide a description of the defect, the date it was discovered and the Customer's contact details in the complaint.

4. The Organizer will respond to the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.

5. Failure to respond within the above deadline means that the complaint is accepted.

§5 WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

1. A Customer who is a Consumer or an Entrepreneur with consumer rights and who has concluded a distance sales contract may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.

2. In the event of withdrawal from a contract covering several Products covered by the Promotion, the Organizer will recalculate the value of the order in accordance with the rules of the Promotion.

3. If, as a result of withdrawal, the Customer loses the right to a discount, the Organizer has the right to demand payment of the difference resulting from the loss of the discount.

4. The refund or additional payment will be made no later than 14 days after the proper withdrawal from the contract.
5. For orders containing multiple Products covered by the Promotion, withdrawal from the contract is only possible by returning the entire order, not individual Products. Returns of a single Product from a promotional order are not accepted due to the method of calculating the discount.

6. In a situation where, despite the above, the Customer returns only part of the order, the Organizer reserves the right to charge an additional fee resulting from the loss of the discount, in accordance with the rules of the Promotion.

§6 PERSONAL DATA

1. The controller of Customers' personal data is APLUG.PL, a limited liability company with its registered office in Gdańsk, ul. Pańska 9/11, 80-884 Gdańsk.

2. Customers' personal data are processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders, handling complaints, maintaining the Customer's account, sending the newsletter (if the Customer has given consent) and for purposes arising from the legal obligations of the administrator.

3. Detailed rules for the processing of personal data are specified in the Privacy Policy available at aplug.pl. 4. The Customer has the right to access, rectify, delete, limit processing, object to, and transfer data, as well as the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

§7 FINAL PROVISIONS

 1. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations during the Promotion, but the changes do not affect the acquired rights of Customers.

3. The Regulations are effective from the date of publication on the aplug.pl website.
