The Nike KD 4 Aunt Pearl (2024) is a reissue of the iconic shoe, originally released in 2012, in honor of Kevin Durant's aunt Pearl, who died of lung cancer. The shoe features a vibrant pink upper with black Swooshes on the ankle straps and pearl detailing on the tongues and ankle area. The interior of the strap includes a special message, and the whole thing is a nod to cancer support in partnership with the Kay Yow Cancer Fund. The shoe was re-released on October 25, 2024.
